Tips and ready-made wording
Match the artwork to the party
The invitation is the first hint of the mood: a bar or samba design says it is casual; glasses, a piano or a set table suggest a dressier dinner. If the party has a theme (80s, karaoke, costume party), pick a template that already shows it — it saves explaining in the text.
What to write
Besides the date, time and address, tell guests what they need to know so nobody is caught off guard:
- Whether it is "bring your own drinks" or a shared cost (and the amount and Pix key, if so).
- The dress code, when it matters: smart casual, costume, all white.
- Whether guests can bring a plus-one or children.
- The RSVP deadline, if there is a restaurant booking.
Surprise party
For a surprise party, make it clear in the note ("it's a surprise, don't tell her!") and send the invitation only to the guests' group. Since the file is yours, you can make one version for the family group and another for friends, changing only the note.
Ready-made wording to copy
- “Another year of great stories to tell. Come raise a glass with me!”
- “There will be music, good conversation and great food. All we need is you.”
- “It's time to celebrate with the people who are part of my life. I'll be waiting for you!”
Frequently asked questions
- Are there templates for a 30th, 40th or 50th birthday?
- The templates do not come with a fixed age: you write the age or leave just the name. That way any artwork works for any birthday.
- Can I use it for an event that is not a birthday?
- Yes. All the text is editable, so the same artwork works for a dinner, brunch, tea, get-together with friends or office party.
- How do I send it to lots of people?
- Download the PNG and send it to the group or a WhatsApp broadcast list. If someone asks for a printed copy, use the PDF.
- How much does it cost?
- from R$4.90 per template, a one-time payment by Pix or card. The preview is free and you can edit and download again later.
