Choose a subject to open your email app. Review and send the message there; clicking a link alone does not submit a request.
What to include
Briefly describe what you were trying to do, the error shown and whether you were on a phone or computer. Use your account email if possible. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, card details or an invitation containing unnecessary personal information.
Recover an invitation
Sign in using the same method and account that saved the invitation. Email and ChatGPT sign-in may represent separate accounts, even with the same email address. Invitations saved to your account appear in My invitations. Open my invitations.
Unsaved form fields are temporary and may be lost when you sign out or close the tab. Save your invitation before leaving. Invitations already saved to your account are not removed when you sign out.
Your personal data
You can download the text, settings and revisions of your saved invitations from My account. This JSON file does not include images, purchases or unsaved forms. Open my account.
To request access, correction, information about sharing, or deletion of your data or account, email suporte@viracarta.com.
You do not need a purchase, a creation balance or an active sign-in to contact us. If possible, write from your account email and explain your request briefly. We may request proportionate confirmation of identity before disclosing or deleting data. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in your first message.
Deleting an invitation is different from closing an account. A deletion request may involve records that must be retained and steps with service providers. Support must explain the result, any justified retention and outstanding steps; contacting us does not mean deletion has already been completed. Copies you downloaded or shared remain outside ViraCarta’s control.
Report content or appeal a decision
Email support with the page or invitation reference and a brief description, without unnecessary personal information. No sign-in is required. Read our content rules.
