Tips and ready-made wording
What a kids birthday invitation must include
Parents read the invitation in a hurry, often in the class group chat. The clearer it is, the fewer messages asking for the time again.
- The child's name and the age they are turning (it stands out at the top).
- Start date and time — and, if you can, the end time, which helps whoever is picking up.
- The venue name and full address; on WhatsApp, send the map link right after the image.
- A short note: "come in costume", "bring a swimsuit" or "party at the playground, wear sneakers".
- An RSVP deadline, if the party venue charges per child.
How far in advance to send it
For a kids party, it is most common to send the invitation 2 to 3 weeks ahead. On busy dates (December, long holiday weekends) send it a month ahead and resend a reminder 3 or 4 days before the party.
Digital, printed or both
The vertical PNG is made for WhatsApp: it opens full-screen on a phone, with nothing cut off. The PDF comes ready to print at home or at a print shop, and works for slipping into the backpacks of kids who are not in the group chat. With the same purchase you download both formats as many times as you need.
Ready-made wording to copy
- “There's a party full of games on the way! Come celebrate with me and make the day even more fun.”
- “My birthday is going to be an adventure and I want you on my team. See you there!”
- “There's cake, there are balloons and lots of joy. All we need is you! Please RSVP by the agreed date.”
Frequently asked questions
- Can I see the finished invitation before paying?
- Yes. On each template page you type the name, age, date and place and see the preview right away, with a watermark. You only pay if you want to download the final file.
- Can I change the age and date later?
- Yes. After the purchase the invitation stays saved in your account and you edit the text and download again as often as you like, at no extra cost.
- Does it work for a 1st birthday? And a 10th?
- Yes. The age is a field you fill in yourself; pick the theme and art style that suit the child.
- Are there video invitations for kids parties?
- Yes. Video invitations (vertical MP4, silent, 15 seconds) cost R$14.90 and include scenes such as robots, dragons, race cars, little bees and trains.
- How much does it cost?
- from R$4.90 per template, a one-time payment by Pix or card, with no subscription. The preview is free.
